Le Citizens Information Board (conseil d'informations aux citoyens) est une agence nationale offrant des informations et des conseils en matière de services sociaux, ainsi que des groupes de représentation et de défense. Ces informations portent notamment sur les droits et indemnités pour les enfants souffrant de handicaps et leurs familles.

Vous pouvez obtenir des informations aux citoyens dans plus de 260 points répartis dans tout le pays. Votre Citizens Information Service (service d'informations aux citoyens) local :

• opère de façon libre et indépendante ;
• est un service privé ;
• fournit des informations ;
• s'efforcera de répondre à vos questions.  

Nos services

Votre Citizens Information Service (service d'informations aux citoyens) local :

• vous donnera des informations concernant vos droits ;
• vous aidera à obtenir ce à quoi vous pouvez prétendre ;
• vous donnera des informations concernant les prestations et les allocations ;
• vous aidera à remplir les formulaires, et 
• vous aidera à soumettre un appel ou une plainte.

Le Service fournit des informations dans les domaines suivants :

• éducation et formation ; et
• santé.

You can get Citizens Information in over 260 locations across Ireland. Your local Citizens Information Service:

• is free and independent;
• is a private service;

• staff will answer your questions.

• help you get what you are entitled to;
• give you information on payments and allowances;
• help you to fill out forms; and 
• help you with an appeal or to make a complaint.

The Service gives information on:

• employment rights;
• education and training; and
• health.
