Šiomis socialinėmis garantijomis ir lengvatomis siekiama paremti jus kaip šeimą bei padėti jūsų vaikui  pasiekti visą jo potencialą. Socialinėmis garantijomis ir lengvatomis užsiima kelios skirtingos institucijos. Toliau pateikėme kai kurių iš svarbiųjų sąrašą.

Sveikatos priežiūros tarnybų administracija [Health Service Executive (HSE)]

Sveikatos priežiūros tarnybų administracija [Health Service Executive (HSE)] teikia informaciją apie:

  • išmokų už vaistus planą [Drug Payments Scheme];
  • ilgalaikių ligų ir neįgalumo planą [Long-Term Illness and Disability Scheme];
  • sveikatos draudimo kortelę [medical card];

Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija [Revenue Commissioners]

Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija [Revenue Commissioners] teikia žmonėms su negaliomis bei jų šeimoms pašalpas ir atleidžia juo nuo tam tikrų mokesčių bei rinkliavų. Pašalpų ir lengvatų pavyzdžiai:

  • vaiko su apribotomis galimybėmis mokesčių lengvata [Incapacitated Child Tax Credit];
  • sveikatos / medicinos išlaidų kompensacija [Health/Medical Expenses Tax Relief] („Med 1“ ir „Med 2“);
  • slaugytojo namuose mokesčių kreditas [Home Carer’s Tax Credit];
  • namų šeimininko išdirbtų metų kreditai valstybinei pensijai gauti [Homemaker’s Years Credits];
  • transporto priemonių vairuotojams ir keleiviams su negalia kompensacija [Relief on Vehicles for Drivers and Passengers with Disabilities];
  • pašalpa slaugytojui samdyti.

There are several different agencies that deal with benefits and entitlements. We have listed some of the important ones below.

The Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE gives information on the:

The Revenue Commissioners

The Revenue Commissioners gives allowances and exemptions from certain taxes and duties for people with disabilities and their families. These include the following:

  • Health/Medical Expenses Tax Relief (Med 1 and Med 2)
  • Home Carer’s Tax Credit
  • Homemaker’s Years Credits
  • Relief on Vehicles for Drivers and Passengers with Disabilities
  • Allowances for Employing a Carer
