April 2017 Update on the Progressing Children and Young People's Disability Services Process

(29 Mar 2016)

The aim of  the ‘Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People’ programme being rolled out by the HSE is to achieve a national unified approach to delivering disability health services, so that there is a clear pathway to the services they need for all children regardless of where they live, what school they go to or the nature of their disability or delay.

The Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People team produce a newsletter for all who have an interest in this process. The latest newsletter, which you can download here, was issued in April 2017.

This edition of the newsletter provides a description of how the new Children's Disabilty Network Teams are developing around the country, as well as information on a range of training opportunities for families.
