Drepturi şi beneficii - Agenţii de contactat

 

În cazul în care copilul dvs. are o dizabilitate este posibil să primiţi o serie de drepturi şi beneficii . Scopul acestor drepturi şi beneficii este de a vă susţine pe dvs. ca familie şi să îl ajute pe copilul dvs. să ajungă la potenţialul său maximum. Există câteva agenţii diferite care se ocupă de beneficii şi drepturi. Mai jos am enumerat câteva dintre cele importante.

Executivul Serviciului de Sănătate (Health Service Executive: HSE)

HSE oferă informaţii despre:

  • Planul de Rambursare a Medicamentelor (Drug Payments Scheme)
  • Planul pe Termen Lung pentru Boală și Dizabilitate (Long-Term Illness and Disability Scheme)
  • Card medical (Medical Card)
  • Card de vizită la medicul de familie (GP Visit Card)
  • Planul pentru Scutece Gratuite (Free Nappies Scheme)
  • Planul pentru Suplimentarea Alimentației (Diet Supplement Scheme)
  • Alocație de Mobilitate (Mobility Allowance)
  • Subvenție pentru Transport Motorizat (Motorised Transport Grant)
  • Servicii de bunăstare comunitate

Departamentul Protecției Sociale (Department of Social Protection):

Departamentul Protecției Sociale (Department of Social Protection) oferă informaţii despre:

  • Alocaţie pentru copii (Child Benefit)
  • Alocaţie de îngrijitor (Carer’s Allowance) şi Alocație de Îngrijitor cu Jumătate de Normă (Half-Rate Carer’s Allowance)
  • Alocație de Îngrijitor (Carer’s Benefit)
  • Alocație de Îngrijire la Domiciliu (Domiciliary Care Allowance)
  • Subvenție Pentru Repaus în Îngrijire (Respite Care Grant)
  • Alocație de Dizabilitate (Disability Allowance)
  • Legitimație de Transport Gratuit (Free Travel Pass)
  • Credite Asigurare Socială Conform Salariului (Pay Related Social Insurance – (PRSI))
  • Beneficii domestice (Household Benefits)

Consiliul Fiscal (Revenue Commissioners)

Consiliul Fiscal (Revenue Commissioners) acordă alocaţii şi scutiri de la plata anumitor impozite şi taxe pentru persoanele cu dizabilităţi şi pentru familiile acestora. Acestea includ următoarele:

  • Credit de Impozitare pentru Copil cu Incapacitate (Incapacitated Child Tax Credit)
  • Scutire de Taxă pentru Cheltuieli de Sănătate/Medicale (Health/Medical Expenses Tax Relief) (Med 1 şi Med 2)
  • Scutire de Taxă pentru Îngrijitor Domestic (Home Carer’s Tax Credit)
  • Creditele Anuale pentru o Persoană Casnică (Homemaker’s Years Credits)
  • Scutire pentru Vehiculele cu Șoferi şi Pasageri cu Dizabililăți (Relief on Vehicles for Drivers and Passengers with Disabilities)
  • Alocaţii pentru angajarea unui îngrijitor

Consiliul Fiscal (Revenue Commissioners) dispune de  ofiţeri de acces care asistă şi ghidează persoanele cu dizabilităţi şi pe familiile acestora în vederea accesării serviciilor oficiului. Faceţi clic aici pentru informaţii suplimentare despre ofiţerii de acces sau telefonaţi la  (01) 633 08 83.

There are several different agencies that deal with benefits and entitlements. We have listed some of the important ones below.

The Health Service Executive (HSE)

The Revenue Commissioners

The Revenue Commissioners gives allowances and exemptions from certain taxes and duties for people with disabilities and their families. These include the following:

  • Health/Medical Expenses Tax Relief (Med 1 and Med 2)
  • Home Carer’s Tax Credit
  • Homemaker’s Years Credits
  • Relief on Vehicles for Drivers and Passengers with Disabilities
  • Allowances for Employing a Carer
